Welcome to GearGiver Sports, operated by Greater Equality Sports LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our mobile app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
GearGiver Sports allows users to donate and request sports gear for personal, non-commercial
use. Users agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
2. Accounts and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account or sign in using Apple, Google, or another supported method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
3. User Content
You may upload photos and descriptions of gear you wish to donate. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.
4. Payments and Transactions
Users may pay for shipping through integrated third-party payment systems such as Stripe. All payment processing is subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
GearGiver Sports does not directly handle or store complete payment information
5. Shipping and Responsibilit
GearGiver Sports facilitates connections between givers and receivers but is not responsible for the condition, delivery, or suitability of any items exchanged. All items are provided “as-is.”
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are owned by Greater Equality Sports LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GearGiver Sports and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
